Funnel Hacking Live + How to Build A Successful Brand With Loyal Customers

01:14 What’s up guys? Welcome back to another episode of The‌ ‌Think‌ ‌Different‌ ‌Theory. My name is Josh Forti, and we’re just going to dive right in to the show here today, because I’ve got some beef with some of you. And, we got to talk about this, and I’m not going to waste any time with that, because here’s the thing, it has come to my attention that, you know, actually, hold on. Before I… before I do that, I’ve got to back up and bring some context around what I’m about to say here, and the little bit of beef that I have here with some of you guys, like it’s friendly beef, don’t get me wrong, but it’s like, do you actually hate money? Do you want to be successful in life, because you say you do, you listen to the podcast, so it makes me think that you do, but then you do this crap, and I’m like, I’m not so sure.

01:55 So, let me… let me explain. So, I’m in the Philippines right now, and cruising along, we’re visiting different islands, doing some awesome stuff. We went cliff jumping, all this different stuff. And, we recently just landed on this little itty bitty Island. Let me tell you, this Island is so small, and like so janky and out there, the… the runway doesn’t even have lights on it. So you can’t fly in at night. You can only fly in the morning, because that’s the only time the pilots can actually see the runway. And, we flew in on a propeller plane. Alright? There’s only two spots for planes, and you fly in on a propeller plane. It is like, kind of looks like a jet, so it’s like big enough to see… there’s only like two… two seats on each side of the plane, and I don’t know, maybe like 20 rows, so it holds like, maybe 50 people. Right? And so, it’s a propeller plane, you land and I’m telling you what, I honestly thought this plane was going to like, flip over and crash when we landed. It was such a rough landing to get out here. I think the Island is called Ciago, or something like that. Ciago I think is what it’s called. I don’t even know, honestly, but this airport, it’s tiny, it’s jank. We fly in, we land, and the funniest part is, you get out and it’s like, just this one tiny little building. Like, it’s like a hut in the middle of nowhere and you go into this little area, you can see right through it, like both sides of the parking lot is, like literally 50 feet from where they pull up the planes.

And there’s one little room and there’s just this conveyor belt where you pick up your luggage, but it’s like a conveyor belt that’s like maybe 20 feet wide and it just spins around in a circle and they just pull up a cart and they throw your bags on there and you can like see them unloading it. So anyway, it’s a pretty jank, it’s a really tiny, tiny little airport. It’s a tiny little Island. You can get around the whole entire Island on a moped upon which I am currently driving. We got a little moped, which is super fun by the way, but you can get around the entire Island like from one point of the Island all the way around the Island in like two and a half hours maybe. And that’s like round trip. You can get from one side of the Island to the other and about an hour and 15 minutes, hour and a half tops.

03:54 So it’s a tiny little Island and uh, barely has any internet, barely has any wifi. I’m sitting here recording these though. We’ve got this, excuse me. Um, this amazing thing called a sky. Rome is this little orange circle that gives you internet everywhere you go at. And it has been an absolute lifesaver over here. So shout out sky Rome. I am not a, I’m not being paid to promote this, although I feel like I should be because seriously, I could promote the crap out of them. If you ever traveling around, you need wifi Skyrim’s where it’s at. Shout out them. So anyway, let me, let me get back to this cause this is important. It’s very, very important. Okay. So we’re here and I sit down. I’m, I’m currently banned from Facebook and more on that here in just, just a second. Um, but I sit down, I’m doing some work.

04:34 We had dinner and I, and I sit down and I log in to Instagram and I, I only follow like 13 people on Instagram. Russell Brunson happens to be one of those people. And I’m watching his stories and I see that he’s like, we announced the three new funnel hacking live or the three keynote funnel hacking live speakers. And by the way, this might be the last funnel hacking live ever, which Russell, I, I really, really, really hope that as a marketing point, I really, really do. Because here’s the thing, Russell, if you’re listening, Russell, I really want to speak at funnel hacking live and I’m shooting for funnel high collide 20, 21, that’d be super cool. Calling my shot. Now I’m dream 100 in you. More importantly, I want to serve you and your audience more so than a self-serving thing. But anyway, we’ll, we’ll, we’ll work on that anyway guys.

05:17 So listen. So I log in Instagram, I’m banned on Facebook so I can’t really see. So I literally log into my friend’s Facebook account so that I can go watch the um, the uh, presentation about funnel hacking live and he announces these three keynote speakers for funnel hacking live. Tony Robbins, who is Tony freaking Robbins. I mean like how can you not want to go see Tony Robbins? Tom bill, you who is built like $1 billion company, sold it and now has impact theory. Amazing. Um, think different theory was directly influenced by impact theory with the name and so many of the other things and kind of the vision for the podcast. And then my favorite author of all time, Ryan holiday, which if you noticed on the last episode where I interviewed Jake Leslie, um, I, you know, I said that I heard that that was happening and he said, I can either confirm her tonight.

06:02 Thanks a lot, Jake. See I told you I knew this. All right. But anyway, so Jake, I mean, so, uh, Ryan holiday speaking, Tom bill, you speaking, Tony Robins is speaking. Dan Henry’s speaking. Catherine Jones is speaking Marley. Baird is speaking so many other cool people. They’re speaking. It’s going to be awesome. It’s going to be amazing. It’s going to be absolutely awesome. So of course, the first thing I do is I log in. I’m like, all right, listen, I’ve, I’ve booked my flights, I know I’m going to funnel hacking live. Uh, I find out from my team that we haven’t actually booked my tickets yet, and I’m like, that needs to change. So I go buy my tickets to funnel hacking live. I’ve already booked my flights. Now mind you actually I’m gonna, I’m gonna hold that back. I’m gonna reinforce it. Use that as a reinforcement point later here.

I absolutely had to be there because that is how committed I am not only to changing my life, not only to really bettering myself and learning about marketing and business, not only to supporting ClickFunnels and Russell Brunson and this whole movement, but you, but to also going out there and just being part of something that is so much bigger than myself. Being part of something that is actually going to go out and change people’s lives. Like funnel hacking live gets so many things right that so many other events get wrong.

08:51 Now you’re probably sitting here thinking, Josh, you’re literally dedicated this whole first eight, nine, 10 minutes of this podcast episode to promoting funnel hacking live. Yes, you’re darn right. I have, because listen, funnel hacking light, like being a funnel hacker is, it’s, it’s a way of life. It really, really is. It’s a way of thinking. It’s a way of life. It’s what I strive to hopefully create something like with think different theory and we’re still figuring out what that’s going to be. And actually don’t get me wrong here. I’m going to tie this into a point here in just a second and then I think it’s very, very important, very, very critical to your success in business and actually give you some tactical information that I’ve been learning here since I’ve been in the Philippines and and been traveling around and things that I’ve noticed because I’ve studied some brands like Nike and Coke and some of the things that I’ve noticed over here.

09:31 But anyways, funnel hacking live is, it’s a movement. It’s a way of thinking, it’s a way of life. But Russell Brunson and click funnels fundamentally changed my life. All right? They didn’t just like give me some quick hacks. They didn’t just, Russell didn’t just write a good book. They literally changed the trajectory of my life without Russell Brunson and without click funnels and the click funnels team. And I want to take a moment really quick shout out click funnels team because I know that click funnels is bigger than Russell. We all give Russell a lot of credit and he deserves it. But also shout out Dave Woodward, shout out Todd Dickerson. Shout out miles Clifford, shout out Jake Leslie. Um, all of you guys are amazing. Shout out the entire click funnels team over there and everybody that works at click funnels. You guys have all just been amazing. Um, Dave Todd, uh, miles Jake Russell.

10:19 I’ve had the, the pleasure honor of getting to know all you guys and I’ve interviewed literally every one of those people on the podcast except for Russell who hopefully we’ll get later on, uh, next year or actually early next year to help promote, uh, the traffic secrets book, which I’m very, very stoked about. But seriously, I’ve heard that the unique pleasure of getting to really get to know people in the click funnels community. You guys are amazing and I just, I really, really appreciate that guys. If you’re trying to build a brand and a movement study, click funnels and study what Russell on the team over there are doing. So, um, but Russell and click funnels have fundamentally changed my life. I followed what they were doing when I was a broke person living in my $450 a month apartment. In fact, I just posted a story not too long ago on Instagram where I posted the picture of me, I’m sorry, I have my office slash kitchen slash living room of my apartment.

11:09 It’s this little poorly lit room with this table and it has some Panda express on there and it has this little desk. And it was me there sitting trying to figure out this whole internet marketing game. And shortly after that picture was taken and it really wasn’t that much long graph day. It was maybe a month or two after that is when I actually picked up the book dotcom secrets and read it. And I remember being so skeptical because it was this free plus shipping book and I didn’t want to spend the $7 and 95 cents or whatever it was at the time to get the books shipped out to me because I was like, why is this guy giving away information for free if it’s so valuable? Right, and I’m so ridiculously thankful that I did because that book and click funnels and that book.com secrets, which is written by Russell Brunson, which I’ll link it down in the description down below, fundamentally changed the course of my life and it was because I went and I invested into my future into Russell Russell’s products into the click funnels product and that book, what Russell taught there and using click funnels was the thing that made me my first six figures online.

12:05 Now, from the time I started in my whole sales and entrepreneurship journey, I have closed roughly two point $5 million and counting in sales. All right? That was starting what, three and a half, arguably four years ago, depending upon how you look at it. Okay, so I went from being this broke kid that could barely close a $500 deal to going and closing 2.5 over two point $5 million in sales, growing over five and a half million followers on social media because of what I learned from Russell. Now obviously I didn’t learn everything from Russell. Obviously there were other skills that I picked up along the way, but I broke down my success into three things. The three skills that allowed me to go and do those things were sales, networking and sales funnels, and Russell Brunson teaches sales funnels and Russell Brunson helped me understand so much psychology behind sales and persuasion and just marketing and so many amazing things.

12:56 So yes, I am promoting click funnels and funnel hacking live because I fundamentally believe that it can change your life. I fundamentally believe that funnel hacking live will be the absolute best investment you can possibly make. All right, so like I haven’t won the two comma club award yet because the two point $5 million that I closed did not come directly through click funnels. A lot of them were closed as a result of leads that came through click funnels or different things, but it wasn’t actually revenue collected in click funnels. Now there’s some people that will argue out there that say, Josh, you could go and you could file for the two comma club award. And I’m sure I could, I probably off of a technicality cause like get in or whatever. But here’s the thing, if I’m gonna win and I want to win it correctly or whatnot, but funnel hacking live changed my life, click funnels changed my life, Russell changed my life and he will do the same for you.

13:44 All right. And I’m a die hard funnel hacker. Um, I often make the joke, Russell, I’m sorry, Steve Larsen, many of you guys know who Steve Larsen, he is. He’s very good friend of mine, a mentor of mine. We’ve had him on the show as well. Huge, huge part of the ClickFunnels community. He’s like, if you cut open my arm, I would bleed blue and red click funnels. And I’ve often said it that if you cut up in my arm, I believe red, white, and blue because I’m an American first. Um, cause I absolutely love America about the only thing that I love more than ClickFunnels is probably America. I absolutely love click funnels and America. Um, but I’m seriously like, it is part of my identity is part of who I am. I am a funnel hacker. Like that is part of who I am. And you don’t have to take that identity.

14:21 You don’t have to be a crazy funnel hacker, cult-like nerd in order for it to change your life. It will change your life just by going and immersing yourself in the people that are there. We’re talking like over 5,000 people are gonna be there. We’re talking like just an Astro. Gosh, the most amazing event ever. And you absolutely have to be there. If I could only go to one event per year, it would be funnel hacking live. If I couldn’t even go to my own event, I would go to funnel hacking live at this point, partly because I haven’t thrown an event. But seriously, it’s absolutely amazing. So I tell you all this and you know, as I was there and I was thinking about this whole thing, I kind of want to, I want to shift here and I want to talk to you about the power of building a brand and more specifically how to build it and some of the false beliefs that I had to overcome.

15:03 And I’m still overcoming about building a real lasting brand because I look at funnel hacking live and it’s interesting because I’ve given Russell Brunson and click funnels a lot of money, right? Like I’ve gone to funnel hacking live three years. I’ve bought tickets to it two years. Uh, last year when I went, I actually didn’t buy a ticket. I wasn’t able to spend or stay the entire time. And so I ended up not buying a ticket just because I was only there for a couple of days due to a, you know, a business matter that had already come up. It was a personal issue that I could not get out of. But even then I drove 10 hours or 11 hours one way and 11 hours back just to be there for the opening like ceremonies and like everything and hang out with all my fellow funnel hackers. Okay. So like there’s a couple of thousand dollars there, $297 a month from click funnels for however many years that I had been on it.

15:47 Plus all the courses and trainings that I’ve got, like I’ve given Russell and click funnels thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars. And I thought about that and I thought it was interesting because a lot of people focus on free value when it comes to brand building. Um, actually hold on, let me, let me pause here cause I am gonna make a shift here, but I wanna I want to make sure to kind of finish out that thought. Basically guys, if you do not have your tickets to funnel hacking live yet, go to funnel hacking live.com. Put it on your credit card. If you have to buy the ticket, figure out a way to get there, convince your spouse, just go all in and believe that you can go and change your life. I want to shift gears here a little bit and talk about brand building. Um, and specifically about the money that I’ve given to funnel hacking live or slash click funnels and I’m selling products when it comes to building a brand because I think this is a common misconception that I see in the industry and it was something that I struggled with for a long time and that I didn’t realize and that, um, I don’t know, probably six months, six or seven months ago, I started to realize this more and more and then it became really, really evident and prominent on this trip. Um, as many of you guys know, I am on a world trip right now. I, I explained like I’m in the Philippines and um, we’re headed to Bali afterwards and then we’re going to Thailand and then Egypt and Morocco and Paris and London.

17:25 Like we’re going all over the places. It’s been a blast. We were just in Australia. Um, but it’s interesting because there are so many things that I’ve noticed about traveling particularly about America. Um, and the differences between America and traveling since you know, since we’ve been gone and learning tons. But one of the things that I noticed is the selections and options that you have in different places. And what I mean by that is like in Australia, like dr pepper, which is my favorite drink of all time, like that’s not a thing there. Your overall options for food, for drinks, for clothing, for cars, for gasoline, everything is significantly less. You come to the Philippines and it’s even less. In America, everything is instantaneous. There’s millions of selections. It’s everywhere. Like convenience is absolutely everywhere. I absolutely love America and I don’t want to get on an America rant because that’s a topic for another time.

18:20 Like if you live in America, you have a better than the rest of the world, hands down period. And I swear if you ever complain, but that’s once again, probably for another time here. Okay. Try to stay on topic here. Can you tell him pumped up. Okay, so I started to notice these things that okay, you’ve got way, way less options. You got less options in Australia than you do in America. You’ve got less options in the Philippines than you do in Australia. I mean Australia is in America. Yeah, Philippines and Australia. So I started to notice what options I had in all the countries and I was like, huh, Nike is everywhere. Everywhere that I’ve been to every Island, we’ve been to, every country we’ve been to, every place that we’ve been to from a clothing standpoint, Nike’s everywhere, let’s call that. That’s super, super interesting.

19:04 Nike, just big, huge, massive global brand. I was like, all right, and then I thought about food and then drinks and Coca Cola. Coca Cola is everywhere, right? Like anywhere you go, maybe there’s Pepsi, but there’s always Coke. If there are soda, there is Coke. You walk in and it’s like, Hey, what do you have options? It’s Coke, Coke, zero vanilla, Coke or Sprite, which is owned by Coke. All right? Like those are their options. And I started to look around at like all these different things and I started to notice these patterns of like how these big brands, these category Kings of their market are the ones like that’s the only option around the world, at least so far what I’ve done or what I’ve seen, and I start to think about like their products and their brands. I’m like, huh, I’ve, I’ve given every single one of these brands money.

19:54 I’ve, I’ve willfully given every one of these brands my money on top of that. I’ve willfully given these brands more money than I could have gotten for a similar product. Uh, elsewhere. I could buy the knockoff version of Coke and it would be cheaper sometimes half the price. I could buy the knock off versions of Nike and it would, it’d be cheaper sometimes by two or three or four times the price I could go. And there’s all these different things that I could go and I could buy a knock off or I could buy a similar option of it for way cheaper, but I still buy the real thing. And when it comes to outside of America, like the companies and the brands that are lasting are the ones that charge a premium price for their parts. There’s a lot cheaper options out there than Coca-Cola for, especially in these third world countries.

20:39 There’s a lot cheaper options out there than Nike. In fact, we’re sitting there and this was in one of the poorer parts of the Philippines that we were in a lot of homeless people or whatnot. And I noticed I’m sitting there and I’m standing, we’re like walking through this, uh, this bus station area in Cebu. [inaudible] this trip. I’ll have to do an episode just on like the eyeopening experience of this trip. But like I noticed as I was like walking down the street, homeless people absolutely everywhere at night. I mean everywhere, hundreds of them. And like that’s a homeless person wearing Nike, that’s a homeless person wearing Jordan, that’s a homeless person in Nike shoes. I mean like beat up Nike shoes but they’re still Nike. And then we’re at the, like we’re in the middle of nowhere on this Island called bow hole where like we took a moped out an hour and a half from civilization anywhere.

21:29 Like there’s no even power out in a lot of these places. They use like cows to like turn up the fields or whatnot. A lot of these people don’t have electricity in their homes and there’s people there and like Nike Jersey like jerseys that are like buy Nike and and Jordan clothing. I’m like this is insane. Like this brand is just crazy. Like obviously they’re not the cheapest and I don’t know how all the distribution works. I don’t know. Like maybe they got these clothes for free and maybe this was a charity thing. But my point is in saying that when you build a brand and when you have a premium product, like people are willing to pay for it and people will buy it. And then I started to think about like what brands are out there that don’t charge anything for what they do?

22:15 I was like, huh, well there’s literally not a brand that I can think of that doesn’t charge for their product or service that like I can think of right off the top my head. I’m like, okay, like what? What brand out there that has changed the world is like not selling me something and I’m starting to think about this. And I’m like, okay, what brands am I most loyal to? And so the first thing that popped in my mind, I’m like, okay, well Facebook I guess offers a free service, but I’m a really that loyal to Facebook. Well for me right now, absolutely not. They just banned me from the platform. I guys, I have absolutely no access to Facebook. So if anybody tried to get ahold of me, I’m banned on Facebook. All my content is gone, my profiles are gone, my messengers are gone, everything is gone.

22:56 So, um, I haven’t made a podcast episode about that yet because I’m trying to get it back and I don’t wanna make a big to do out of it, but seriously, like I’m completely banned from Facebook. But once again, topic for another time, I’m like, I’m not really loyal to them and I don’t have any, I don’t even give them any money. And they provide me a free service. And I’m like, what brands am I loyal to? Um, well the Coca-Cola, I love Coke. I really do. Like if I order a soda, if it’s not dr peppers Coke, what brand am I loyal to? I’m definitely loyal to Nike. I love Nike clothes, Nike and Jordan, those are the only clothes I wear under armor kind of sort of. But like even then they charge money for their services as everything. Like I’m loyal to click funnels.

23:33 Why am I low to click funnels? Well, I’ve given them lots of money and there’s a lot of other companies out there, including a lot of free softwares. And a lot of free trainings and a lot of things that I’ve never given any money to that I am not loyal to, and that’s when hit me dead between the eyes. I was like, wait a second. Money when I spend money on something, money’s emotional. All right? I don’t know if you’ve ever heard that before, but there’s emotion in money. Okay. When I spend money on something, I am putting my emotion in that I am emotionally invested into whatever it is that I’m spending on. Obviously there’s exceptions to the rules. If I’m buying, you know, medicine at the store, even if I buy medicine stores, I’m still buying brand name, bandaids most of the time, right?

24:10 So like where I put my money, I am emotionally invested and so the more money I give to a brand, the more money I give to a company, the more loyal I am going to be become to that company. I’ve given Nike hundreds, probably thousands of dollars. I have given ClickFunnels thousands and thousands of dollars. I have given like I want to buy a Tesla. I just pre-ordered the Tesla truck, $60,000, $50,000 or whatever I’m going to owe them. I mean I only put down the a hundred dollars down payment, but like I want to buy a Tesla, that’s a big investment. I’m going to be very loyal to Tesla once I have it. And I started looking at that like the more money you give to a brand, the more loyal you become to them because you are more emotionally invested at that point. And then I started to think about this from a producer standpoint as a business person, as me, as someone that’s trying to build a brand and I was like, wait a second, I’m doing this whole entire thing wrong because I’ve been going out there and like I’ve been afraid to charge for my services.

25:06 Maybe not so much my services but like products. I’ve been afraid to put out products that are high quality, good products. I’ve been afraid to charge for them and sell them a lot because I feared that people would get mad at me for selling to them and like pitching them and selling to them. And all that and I’m like, wait a second, I’ve got to like, that’s a huge limiting belief for me. Whoa. If I sell to them, then all of a sudden they become invested in me. If I sell to them, all of a sudden there’s an emotional attachment to me. Yeah. They might not like it during the selling part of it initially, but if I can provide a really, really good product, which I believe I can, I know I can and I believe you can as well. All of a sudden somebody buys that and they like it.

25:41 They’re going to come back and buy again and they’re going to buy again and they’re going to buy again. And the more times they buy, the more emotionally attached they are and the bigger my brand grows. I have spent $12,000 this year so far in actually more than that, 12 probably closer to 15,000 just under, I don’t know for sure. Over 12 probably closer to $15,000 in cost to run. Think different theory. Produce this show every single month. I haven’t made a single dime off it. I’ve never sold anything. I mean I run my courses under it now, but like they’re not branded as think different theory and when I had this realization moment, I was like, okay, I’ve got to start branding things. It’s think different theory. The courses that I put out need to be on a think different theory. We need to start selling stuff.

26:21 Why? Because if you want to build a brand, you need to sell things because if you want to change someone’s life, you need to sell them something. If you want to go out there and really provide value, you need to sell something. Why? Because when you sell something and somebody pays you money, now they are emotionally invested and now they are going to become loyal to you. Now obviously have to have a good quality product. Obviously your stuff can’t be crap, right? But if you have a good quality product, sell it. If you are passionate about what you do, sell it. If you believe that what you have can change lives. If you truly believe at the core of who you are, that what you have can change lives, you need to sell it. Why? Because that is how you get people to pay attention.

27:04 That is how you get them to get emotionally invested, and that is how you build a brand. That is how you build loyalty. All right, and when I noticed this, I realized this, I was like, Oh my gosh, this is like this all makes sense. Now I understand why Coca Cola has been able to get as big as they have. I understand why I love ClickFunnels so much. Why? Because I’ve given them thousands and thousands of dollars and because I’ve given them thousands and thousands of dollars, I’ve gotten really good information back. I’ve applied that even when, listen, I’m sure that there are people out there that have gotten into snuck into funnel hacking live for free. I’m sure that there are people out there that use click funnels or some variation of ClickFunnels, have some software like that for free that I’ve gotten Russell Brunson’s books and all of his courses and stuff for free, and guess what?

27:50 They’re not a diehard funnel hacker. They are not a die hard click funnels user and chances are their life has not been radically transformed like my head. Mind has, even though they have access to the same information. Why? Because they’re not emotionally invested. I am because I gave click funnels thousands and thousands of dollars. My life changed because I gave click funnels thousands and thousands of dollars. I took action because I gave ClickFunnels thousands and thousands of dollars. I am a loyal customer and a die hard funnel hacker for life. I love Russell Brunson. I love ClickFunnels. I love that entire community there. Why? Because I’m invested in them and so that’s what I wanted to show you here today and that’s why I want to talk about like that right there. If you want to build a brand, sell something. If you want to build loyalty, sell something. If you want to change someone’s life, sell them something.

28:40 Don’t be unethical about it. Don’t scam anybody. Don’t sell someone something that they don’t need, obviously, but there are thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of people that need whatever it is that you have that want, whatever it is that you’re trying to sell. Yes, you’ve got to create it and you’ve got to get the messaging right and you’ve got to customize it to exactly what they’re going to buy. But the ideas that you have in your head are valuable when done correctly. You need to go out there and sell it, which is why I teach sales, which is why I teach communication and ethical persuasion. Because if you know how to communicate and ethically persuade, you’ve gotta be persuasion and communication are different. Okay? But like they go hand in hand. If you know how to communicate and persuade someone, you can sell. If you know how to sell, you can change your life.

29:23 You can change somebody else’s life. You can build a brand and you will never, no poverty. I am serious. If you guys, let me take pause right now real quick. I want to tell you about this whole Facebook situation here because this goes right into what I am talking about here. I’ve had a terrible week the past seven days of my life. Been some of the hardest seven days and worst seven days that I have experienced in a quite a while since probably since Kyle died. Um, I don’t have time to go into everything, but like a lot of things starting with my Facebook account upon which I have spent years producing content on. I’m talking like from Facebook groups and Facebook comments and video content. Everything is gone. I was sitting on a boat, on a ferry coming back from an Island. I get a notification when I try to log into Facebook saying, Hey, you can’t log in.

30:12 We need to send you a security code. The security code doesn’t send. Next thing I know everything’s gone. Profile gone. All my posts are gone. All my videos are gone. All my comments are gone. Everything. I had a 30,000 member Facebook group that I no longer have access to. I had a thousand. We adjust, launched a brand new artist communication Facebook group that many of you guys are in two days into it, 700 members, two days into it cost me several thousand dollars and in graphics and preparing and stuff like that. Don’t have access to it anymore. I can’t even log into Facebook. I had 15,000 followers on my profile and counting almost 16,000 no access to it. All my content, all my posts, all my videos gone. I got like 70% of my revenue from Facebook in my business right now. All gone drop of the hat.

30:56 That’s crazy. That ended of itself is a bad week. I’ll stop my credit card stolen. I also woke up on Thanksgiving day without running water in the Airbnb. I also had my brother’s son, so my brother Kyle passed away, son, uh, SCADA. Father died of cancer. Like, I mean, like so many things and that’s like just the start of it. I mean, there’s been thing after thing after thing, an awful week. I’ve had unexpected bills come up. I mean, there’s just been a lot. However, one of my friends texted me. I was, I was texting back and forth and he’s like, dude, you’ve had a rough week and you lost a lot of money, man. You lost a lot of revenue. Like wow, like that’s crazy. I’m like, yeah. He texted me. He said, dude, I’m blown away if you survive this, you’re a champ, and I thought about that for a second.

31:40 I was like, I’m going to survive this. You know why? Because I know how to sell cause I know how to communicate because I believe in my ability to go out there and provide value to the world and to solve people’s problems and my ability to communicate, and I’ve said this before, it’s in a lot of the work that I’ve done, I’ve talked about this. Your ability to communicate directly impacts your ability to be successful. I know how to communicate well, not because I’m so smart, not because I’m awesome or better than anybody else. Anybody can do this, but because I have taken the time to learn how to sell and learn how to communicate because of that, I firmly 100% I’m going to be just fine. I’m going to pivot. I’m going to just, I’m going to go. I’m going to keep right on rolling.

32:20 Why? Because I’m confident in that. That is why I believe you need to learn how to sell. I’m not a terrible week. I’m going to be just fine. Does it suck? Does like so many things happen, like I can’t even begin to describe to you what the week was like. Yeah, but because I know how to communicate because I know how to sell because I have something to sell and because I have something valuable to offer, I’ll be fine. Now, looping that back to building a brand, if you have an idea, if you have something that you want to get out or that you believe is going to change people’s lives, you need to be able to sell it. That is why I teach communication. That is why I teach ethical persuasion. That is why I teach and believe in sales and sales funnels and networking so ridiculously strongly because if you can do that, you can literally go out and change the world.

33:05 You’ll never have to worry about being broke forever. You’ll never have to worry about not being able to provide for your family or what’s going to happen next. And the only thing that’s gonna stand in your way at that point, if you know how to sell and communicate is your own mindset. That’s it. Okay. So build the brand. And if you want to build a brand, sell something, sell to create loyalty, sell to change peoples’ lives, sell to have a long lasting impact on this world. And the perfect example of that, and I can think of no better one, is Russell Brunson, click funnels and funnel hacking live. So that’s what I’ve got for you here today. I hope this was beneficial. I’m gonna wrap up the episode with that. I will keep you posted on whether or not I do get my Facebook, uh, back. Um, hopefully we, we’ve been in contact with Facebook as much as I possibly can. I’ve submitted every form that I can possibly think of. I have submitted pictures of my passport, my ID and driver’s license, my E I N number. Uh, I’ve written long requests for everything we’ve signed up for VPN so that we’re not like looking like we’re in a foreign country, like so many things to try to get this back. Obviously we’ll keep you updated on that. But um, as of right now, I still don’t have my Facebook account and we’re not sure when, if ever I will get that back.

35:11 So I’ll be praying for that. And uh, if you know anybody that works at Facebook, send him my way because everybody that I know is just kinda like, eh, kinda tough luck man. Uh, and the, the crazy part is we don’t even know what I did. I assume it probably has something to meet with. Be me being a little bit controversial when it comes to politics. Maybe it has something to do with me launching the group. I dunno. But, um, that’s where we’re at so far. So anyway, guys, that’s all I’ve got for you. Like I said, I hope you find it beneficial.
