Refund Policy

We at Think Different Theory LLC want you to be satisfied with your purchase of any of our products.

Coaching Programs

Coaching programs (such as 90 Day Launch) are not eligible for refunds once the program has commenced. Deposits are not eligible for refund once payment has been processed.

Audience Launch System 

For the Audience Launch System we have a 14 day conditional money back guarantee on products purchased at regular price.

If you fully complete your master asset list in the Audience Launch System and decide your purchase was not the right decision, please contact our support team via email with a copy of your completed asset list.

To be eligible for a refund for either launch system, you must submit your request and accompanying proof of completion before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 14th day following your purchase.  We will review it and attempt to help correct the issue. If we cannot help solve the issue, we will issue you a prompt full refund.

No refunds will be provided more than 14 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 14th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.

If it is clear that you did not complete the required work to become eligible for a refund for the Audience Launch System or Selling with Confidence, your refund will be denied. However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.

All Other Products & Programs

For all other programs and products, we have a 14 day money back guarantee on products purchased at regular price.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all other purchases (aside from coaching programs and the Audience Launch System) . If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team via email and we will attempt to help correct the issue. If we cannot help solve the issue, we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund.

All refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.  The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.

Refunds will only be offered on products/courses that are purchased at regular price.

Once a refund is issued, access to the purchased course and/or product will be immediately revoked.
